- Rick's third book, an entertaining and thought-provoking travel memoir titled FORBIDDEN TRAVEL: WHAT I LEARNED ABOUT THE WORLD is now available online and soon, in select bookstores. The book is published by Allined Books, a Pennsylvania publisher that provides services to authors for both traditional publishing and self-publishing.

- FROM THE BUCKEYES TO THE BRONX was featured in the Media Review column of the Spring 2013 issue of CHAMPION, the Official magazine of the NCAA. "To be sure," the reviewer wrote, "From The Buckeyes To The Bronx Provides a Bay-window view of life at the top of the decision-making matrix. But Bay's honest narrative - even about working for the uber-eccentric George Steinbrenner - is just as instructive as it is entertaining."
